Designed for performance-demanding adventure travelers who need their luggage to also serve double-duty as a fully functional backpack, the feature-rich Wayfarer 70 Women’s travel pack delivers load-carrying capability, over 4200 cubic inches of storage capacity, and the customized fit for which Osprey is renowned.
Constantly striving to enhance comfort and performance, Osprey has equipped the Wayfarer 70 Women’s pack with a fully-featured suspension system. In expectation of comfortably carrying loads of up to 50 pounds, the Wayfarer 70 Women’s pack employs a LightWire frame and an Airscape backpanel to grant strength and stability. This design enhances balance by effectively distributing weight. The textured backpanel and integrated harness maximize comfort and help to reduce heat build-up between the pack and your back. Further enhancing fit, the padded hipbelt utilizes an ErgoPull closure that draws tension along the top and the bottom of the belt. A sliding sternum strap and load-lifter straps allow you to fine-tune fit with on-the-go adjustments. A zippered security pocket hidden in the backpanel is a great place to stash valuables or travel documents. When checking the pack at the airport or the train station, you can safely tuck the harness and hipbelt behind an integrated zippered security panel to ensure that your pack stows safely.
Providing ample room for carrying clothers or gear, the 4272 cubic inch packbag is accessed by a wide-opening front panel zipper. A large, zippered mesh pocket on the inside of the front panel is ideal for separating and organizing clothes and gear. Two large zippered interior mesh side pockets offer additional storage options and internal compression straps allow you to safely secure the contents of the pack. Stretch-woven side pockets keep water bottles and other gear close at hand. Removable straps are strategically placed to haul a sleeping pad.
A large pocket on the front of the Wayfarer 70 Women’s pack can be detached entirely for use as a fully functional day pack. Integrated shoulder straps and a padded backpanel provide stability and comfort. An adjustable sternum strap further enhances fit. The day pack has zippered panel access, as well as a large front pocket. Attending to the needs of modern travel, the pack has an integrated touch-screen compatible tablet pocket and a padded laptop sleeve. After a day of adventure, the pack safely and securely zippers and clips back onto the front of the main pack.
