The lemon cream by Trek'n Eat: A novice among our desserts but just as tasty.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, hardened coconut fat, modifi ed starch, milk protein, sunfl ower oil, acidifying agent: citric acid; thickeners: sodium alginate, guar gum; lemon juice powder 1%, maltodextrin, stabilisers: tetra sodium diphosphate, dipotassium phosphate; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; fl avouring, spices.
Allergens: milk.
Pour cold water directly into the bag up to 10 cm on the scale (170ml), stir thoroughly. Close the bag and let it rest for 5 minute.
