The food is ready to eat, just need to heat it up.
The package contains one time use flameless heater. Heater needs to be filled up to the bottom line with water( about 60ml). After adding the water seal the package and wait for the food to heat up(approximately 12min). WARNING - The heating element can cause burns - Handel with care.
