Featuring an ergonomic handle that provides excellent descent control, this compact and easy-to-use descender makes your workday easier. The AUTO-LOCK function allows users to easily position themselves at a workstation without manual operation. With increased durability, the shape of the cam limits wear. For intensive use and demanding work conditions, or simply for a long-lasting solution, the RIG is also available in a repairable version.

Easy to use:
- Markings and rope guide make it quick and easy to install the rope
- Ergonomic handle provides good grip and excellent descent control
- Moving side plate can be opened while the device remains connected to the harness, making it easier to pass intermediate anchors
- The AUTO-LOCK system allows users to easily position themselves at a workstation without having to manipulate the handle or tie off the device
- Handle automatically switches to storage position when the rope is removed from the device, reducing the risk of accidental snagging when the descender is carried on the harness
Versatile:
- Two possible descent modes: with the rope running over the side plate or in the V-shaped friction channel, which provides better descent control and helps keep the rope from kinking
- Can be used connected to the harness or to an anchor
- Once the rope is blocked, it is possible to ascend in short spurts without manipulating the handle by simply pulling the rope through the device
- Can be used to belay a lead with techniques used in climbing
Durable and repairable:
- Reinforced protection on the rope friction zone helps prevent premature wear on the moving side plate
- Cam shape improves rope pinching and limits wear on the device
- For a longer-lasting solution or to account for intensive use and demanding work conditions, the RIG is also available in a repairable version (D021BA00 / D021BA01); replace the cam and pin using the repair kit (sold separately, D021CA00)
